Noise Walls considered for the I-95 Girard Avenue Interchange

PennDOT held noise wall meetings for property owners near I-95 between the Ben Franklin Bridge and Ann Street during the summer and fall of 2011. Participants learned that residential areas along this part of the highway are eligible to receive noise walls when the highway is reconstructed. Residents from those areas were then polled to determine whether or not the community wants noise walls added to the project.  The results from that poll will be released shortly.
